W. Africa. C. Africa;
Two populations;
(1) S. Mali, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, c. Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Congo and n. Angola. Central African Republic and s. Sudan.
(2) W. and sc. Ethiopia, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, w. Kenya and nw. Tanzania.
