W. Europe and Middle East;
(1) S. Europe from n. Spain and France ne. to e. Germany (Hessen in the Kellerwald), s. Sweden, Estonia, w. Russia and Ukraine se. to Italy, Hungary (Borzsony) and the Balkans.
(2) Turkey, Caucasus Mountains, Transcaucasia and probably nw. Iran.
(3) W. and s. Asia Minor.
(4) Sw. Iran (Zagros Mountains).
