(1) E. Himalayas from n. and e. India from n. Uttar Pradesh and Orissa, Nepal, se. Tibet, Burma, s. China (s. Sichuan, Yunnan) to n. Vietnam.
(2) S. China (c. Fukien) to n. Vietnam (Tonkin area).
(3) Se. Thailand to s. Vietnam.
(4) Hainan Is.
(5) Malayan highlands.
