Fragmented distribution in the w., n. and s. part of range;
(1) S. Mauritania, s. Mali and Senegambia e. to Guinea, n. Ghana, Benin, Central African Republic, s. Chad, ex. s. Sudan and ex. ne. Zaire and in ec. and sw. Zaire and Angola.
(2) Uganda, Rwanda and sw. Kenya to c. Tanzania.
(3) S. Tanzania, Malawi and Zambia to Zimbabwe and Mozambique.
(4) Botswana to s. Mozambique and e. South Africa (Natal).
(5) Namibia.
(6) E. South Africa (Natal).
