Range

C. w. Pacific Ocean;
Phoenix, Tonga, Kiribati (Line Is. including Kiritimati or Christmas Is.), Marquesas (Hatutu, Motu Iti, Ua Pu, Fatu Huku) Is., the Tuamotu Archipelago, Pitcairn (Oeno, Henderson, Ducie) Is. It may have once bred on Raoul Is. in the Kermadec Is.
Disperses to the Fiji, Cook, Society, Samoan Is., n. to the Hawaiian Is. (24°N) and s. to Kermadec Is. (30°S).
