(1). E. Andes from c. Peru n. to e. Ecuador (Volcan Sumaco-Pan de Azucar in Napo, Cordillera de Cutucu in Morona-Santiago and Cordillera del Condor in Zamora-Chinchipe))and s. Colombia.
(2) C. and w. Andes of Colombia.
(3) E. Colombia and w. Venezuela (Sierra de Perija and adjacent Tachira(?)).
