Caribbean slope of Costa Rica (Monte Verde Biological Reserve, Braulio Carrillo National Park, La Selva Biological Reserve, Guanacaste, Tilaran, upper Penas Blancas Valley, Central Cordilleras and Dota Mountains) and w. Panama (Bocas del Toro, Chiriqui, Veraguas and Darien).
