Ex. Nw. South America and w. Amazonian to e. South America;
Two populations:
(1) w. Colombia and nw. Ecuador.
(2) E. Panama.
(3) Se. Colombia, nw. and s. Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam, Guinea and e. Ecuador, e. Peru and w. Amazonian Brazil.
(4) E. and s. Brazil, e. Bolivia and nw. Argentina. C. Brazil (Bahia (Encruzilhada, Chapada Diamantina)) to e. Paraguay and ne. Argentina.
The Bananal Tyrannulet was collected in sw. Tocantins on Bananal Is., Brazil.
