West Indies and other island groups in the Caribbean;
Many island populations;
(1) Puerto Rico and the Lesser Antilles s. to Grenada.
(2) Great Key Is. of e. Mexico including Chinchorro Reef off Quintana Roo and formerly Half Moon Cay and Glover's Reef off Belize.
(3) Barbados.
(4) Virgin Is., Antigua and Netherland Antilles (Curacao).
(5) Cayman Is.
(6) St. Andrews and Old Providence Is.
(7) Is. off the Yucatan coast including Isla Mujeres and Cozumel.
