(1) Nw. Mexico (ex. se. Sonora, sw. Chihuahua, Durango, Guerrero, Oaxaca, and Zacatecas s. to the Isthmus of Tehuantepec).
(2) Caribbean slope of e. Mexico (San Luis Potosi and s. Tamaulipas) and Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras.
Winters s. to s. Central America.
(3) Nicaragua, mountains of c. Costa Rica and w. Panama.
