(1) S. Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, w. and s. Colombia and w. Ecuador.
(2) Colombia, e. Ecuador, e. Peru, sw. Amazonian Brazil and Bolivia.
(3) Se. Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam and Guiana.
(4) S. Peru, n. Bolivia.
(5) S. Brazil (Bahia (Chapada Diamantina, Boa Nova) including Isla Marajo, e. Paraguay and ne. Argentina.
