Range

C. Central America to nw. South America;
(1) E. Panama, Colombia and nw. Ecuador.
(2) Caribbean slope from se. Mexico (n. Oaxaca, Tabasco and n. Chiapas) to Nicaragua and both slopes of Costa Rica and w. Panama.
(3) N. and e. Colombia to ex. nw. Venezuela and nw. Ecuador.
(4) W. Venezuela.
