Range

Amazonian and ex. e. South America;
Two or three populations;
(1) E. of the Andes in s. Colombia, se. Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana and ne. Brazil including Marajo Is.
(2) S. Venezuela, s. Guyana, n. Brazil to e. Ecuador, e. Peru and n. Bolivia.
(3) W. Amazonian Brazil and nw. Bolivia.
