Malay Peninsula and Greater Sundas;
S. Tenasserim and ex. s. Thailand, Sumatra including Nias Is., Simeulue Is., Bangka Is., Belitung Is., the Riau Archipelago, and the Lingga Archipelago, Java, Bali, and Borneo.
