S. China to Malay Peninsula;
(1) S. and e. Burma (Arakan s. to the Sittang River).
(2) S. China (s. Yunnan), Thailand, c. and s. Indochina.
(3) S. Burma (Tenasserim s. from the Sittang River), s. Thailand and Peninsula Malaysia.
