(1) Ex. S. Ethiopia and s. Somalia s. in the highlands of wc. and e. Kenya, e. Tanzania including Zanzibar Is.
(2) Coastal se. Tanzania including Mafia Is., Malawi and n. Mozambique n. of the Save River, sc. Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
(3) S. Zimbabwe (along Limpopo River), s. Mozambique s. of the Save River to lowlands of n. South Africa s. to ne. Transvaal and n. KwaZulu-Natal) and e. Swaziland.
(4) Highlands of n. South Africa and w. Swaziland s. along the coast in e. Natal, e. Transvaal to w. Cape Province).
