Highly fragmented distribution;
(1) W. Europe from s. England e. to c. Poland and s. Russia, the Carpathian Mountains to Turkey.
(2) W. Caucasus.
(3) Crimea.
(4) Balearic Is. and nw. Africa (Morocco, Algeria, and n. Tunisia).
