(1) Caribbean slope of e. Nicaragua, Costa Rica and nw. Panama.
(2) Panama (Escudo de Veraguas Is.).
(3)C. Panama.
(4) E. Panama and nw. Colombia.
(5) Ne. Panama.
(6) Se. Colombia and Venezuela.
(7) W. Ecuador.
