(1) S. Siberia from the upper Ob River e. to Transbaicalia.
(2) E. Siberia (w. Amurland and Ussuriland), n. Mongolia, ne. China (Heilungkiang s. to w. Inner Mongolia, n. Hopeh, and Liaoning), and Japan.
Winters in Andaman Is. and Nicobar Is., Burma, Thailand, Malaya and Indochina.
