(1) Se. Gabon (Lekoni) and Congo s. to n. Angola, w. and c. Zaire (Kasai).
(2) C. Kenya.
(3) Ne. Zaire, sw. Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, w. Kenya, and w. Tanzania.
(4) E. Angola, se. and e. Zaire (Maniema and the n. end of Lake Tanganyika s. to Katanga), Zambia, w. Malawi, ne. Namibia (Caprivi Stripe), and n. Botswana.
(5) Coastal Kenya, e. Tanzania (inland to Liwale, Songea, and Kilosa), e. and s. Malawi, n. and c. Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and adjacent e. Botswana, and ne. South Africa (Northern Province s. to Transvaal, n. KwaZulu-Natal and n. Swaziland).
