(1) Senegambia, s. Mali, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, Zaire, Central African Republic, s. Chad, s. Sudan, w. Ethiopia, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and w. Kenya.
(2) Angola, s. Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania and Mozambique.
