(4) Ethiopia to Kenya, Tanzania, s. Zaire, Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and e. South Africa (e. Transvaal and coastal Natal).
(5) Highlands of sw. Ethiopia, s. Somalia, Kenya, n. Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi.
