Range

India, Sri Lanka, Indochina to Malay Peninsula and ex. nw. Sumatra;
Four populations;
(1) Ne., c. and s. India and s. China (Yunnan).
(2) Sri Lanka.
(3) Malaysia and Sumatra.
(4) S. Burma, s. Thailand and Indochina.
(5) Anambas Is.
Winters to Sulawesi.
