W. to c. Africa. Ec. Africa;
Three populations;
Fragmented distribution;
(1) Possibly Guinea. Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, c. and s. Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Congo, nw. Angola, Central African Republic, n. and ne. Zaire, sw. Sudan, Uganda.
(2) Se. Kenya, e. and s. Tanzania, and Mozambique.
(3) Malawi, ex. se. Zimbabwe and Mozambique.
