Ne. to ce. Australia;
Coastal Queensland (Cape York Peninsula in the Iron Range National Park along Portland Road, Cape Tribulation National Park, Kingfisher Park in the Atherton Tablelands and Lamington National Park along Duck Creek Road) to ex. ne. New South Wales to the Tweed River.
