Restricted range;
(1) Ne. Queensland from Endeavour River to Daintree River;
(2) Cooktown and Townsville (se. Cape York Peninsula, Atherton Tablelands at Kingfisher Park, Mount Lewis, Cathedral Fig Tree and Mount Spec near Townsville).
