(1) Ne. New South Wales and ex. se. Queensland (McPherson Range, Lamington National Park in the Antarctic Beech forest).
(2) Se. Australia (se. New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory (Corin Dam in winter and in the higher Brindabellas, especially Mount Ginini) e. and s. Victoria (Great Ocean Road at Sherbrooke).
(3) Sc. Victoria.
(4) Tasmania (Fern Glade on Mount Wellington and between Adventure Bay and Lunawanna), islands in the Bass Strait (Flinders Is.), and King Is.
(5) Sw. Victoria and ex. se. South Australia.
