(3) N. Pakistan (Punjab).
(4) Se. Pakistan (Sind) and India (Himachal Pradesh and n. Uttar Pradesh e. to e. Bihar and Madhya Pradesh) and possibly nw. Bangladesh. Laccadive Is.
