Range

(1) S. and c. China (e. Szechwan, s. Kansu, s. Shensi, Yangtze Valley, and Kiangsu s. to w. and s. Yunnan, Kwangsi, and Kwangtung), n. and c. Laos, and n. Vietnam (Tonkin).
(2) Hainan Is.
(3) Taiwan.
Introduced to Hawaii on Kauai, Oahu, Maui and Hawaii.
