Ne. Australia;
(1) Ne. Queensland from Cooktown to Cairns.
(2) Ne. Queensland from Cairns s. to Townsville area (Paluma Range) and inland to the Atherton Tablelands (Atherton Tablelands at The Crater National Park, Mount Lewis and Mount Spec National Park).
