(1) Sulawesi including Salayar Is., Peleng Is., and Banggai Is.
(2) Malay Peninsula (coastal Thailand), s. Vietnam, Philippines, Greater Sundas (Sumatra including Enggano Is. and Bangka Is., Borneo, Java) and Lesser Sundas of Flores, Solor, and Alor.
(3) Enggano Is.
(4) N. and c. Philippines (Lubang, Luzon, Mindoro, Verde, Negros, Bohol, and Cebu). Marinduque, Catanduanes?
(5) S. Philippines (Mindanao, Basilan) and the Sulu Archipelago.
