(1) E. Himalayas in c. Nepal, ne. India (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Mizoram, and Manipur), Burma and n. Thailand.
(2) S. Burma, Malaysia and Sumatra.
(3) S. China, Hainan Is., n. Vietnam, and Cambodia.
