(1) India and Sri Lanka to Burma, sw. China, n. Thailand, and n. Vietnam.
(2) Malaysia (Endau Rompin, s. Malay Peninsula) and n. Sumatra (including Simalur Archipelago, Bangka Archipelago, and Lingga Archipelago).
(3) Borneo.
(4) Sw. Philippines (Palawan Is. And Balabac).
(5) S. Sumatra and Java.
