Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and e. and c. South Australia), Tasmania and Campbell Is.
(2) New Zealand (North, South and Stewart Is.).
Ranges to Snares Is. and the Auckland Is.
(3) Solomon Is. (Rennell Is.).
