(2) Melville Is.
(3) Se. New Guinea (Trans-Fly region from Merauke to Wassi Kussa River), n., c., and e. Queensland (Cairns and the Cape York Peninsula), New South Wales, ex. n. Victoria, and ex. se. South Australia.
