(2) W. of the Andes in n. Colombia (upper Cauca Valley) s. to w. Ecuador and e. of the Andes in s. Colombia, Venezuela, Trinidad, Tobago, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana, Brazil (Bahia, Parana at Iguazu Falls), e. Ecuador, e. Peru, c. Bolivia, Paraguay, ne. Argentina and n.
