(2) Se. Mexico (coastal c. Veracruz to e. Tabasco and n. Chiapas).
(3) Se. Mexico from ex. E. Tabasco and Campeche) through Central America along the Caribbean slope to nw. Panama.
(4) Se. Mexico (n. Yucatan Peninsula in Campeche, Yucatan and Quintana Roo).
