(1) Se. Alaska e. of the range of the Northwestern Crow, w. Canada (nc. British Columbia, sw. Mackenzie) and w. United States from inland Pacific nw. s. to c. Arizona, s. New Mexico, and nw. Mexico (n. Baja).
(2) C. and e. Canada from n. Saskatchewan to Newfoundland, c. and nc. United States.
(3) E. and se. United States (c. and se. Texas and Gulf coast states).
(4) S. Florida.
