Range

(1) W. and s. India.
(2) N. Pakistan, n. India to Burma and China.
(3) Ne. India (ne. Assam).
(4) N. and c. Malaysia in Thailand, Malaya, Sumatra and Sulawesi.
Introduced to Fiji (Viti Levu), and Samoa (Upolu) and has spread through these islands to Tonga (Niaufoou).
