(1) E. Zaire, sw. Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, sw. and cs. Kenya, w. and c. Tanzania, Malawi and Mozambique.
(2) Zimbabwe, s. Mozambique and e. South Africa (Transvaal).
(3) S. Namibia and South Africa (n. Natal and Cape Province).
(4) N. Angola, s. Zaire, Zambia, Botswana, and South Africa.
