(1) Ethiopia and Eritrea.
(2) S. Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi to c. Namibia, s. Botswana and South Africa (w. Transvaal).
(3) Ne. Zambia.
(4) N. Botswana and Zimbabwe.
(5) E. Zimbabwe, s. Mozambique and South Africa (Cape Province).
