(1) S. Australia (ex. se. South Australia including Kangaroo Is.).
(2) E. Australia (Victoria, e. New South Wales and e. Queensland).
(3) Ne. Australis (Cape York Peninsula, Iron Range National Park).
Introduced to sw. Western Australia, Society Is. (Moore Is. and Tahiti), and Marquesas Is. (Nuku Hiva and Ua Huka).
