(1) Nw. Mexico (Sierra Madre Mountains of Sinaloa and s. Chihuahua).
(2) W. Mexico (Durango).
(3) C. and s. Mexico (San Luis Potosi, sw. Tamaulipas, Michoacan, Mxico, Morelos, Puebla, and w. Vercruz).
(4) S. Mexico (Guerrero, Oaxaca, and Chiapas), c. Guatemala, and El Salvador.
