(1) Pacific lowlands of nw. Mexico from se. Sonora s. to c. Guerrero.
(2) S. Mexico (sw. and n. Oaxaca).
(3) E. Mexico from e. San Luis Potosi, s. Tamaulipas, Veracruz, Puebla, Yucatan Peninsula including Cozumel Is., s. along the Caribbean slope to Honduras and Pacific lowlands of w. Nicaragua and nw. Costa Rica.
