(1) Ee. Mexico from c. Veracruz, Tabasco, and s. Quintana Roo.
(2) Se. Mexico (n. Oaxaca, Chiapas) to Honduras.
(3) E. Honduras to Costa Rica (Cordillera de Guanacaste), and nw. Panama.
