(1) Gulf slope of se. Mexico (Chiapas), Guatemala, Belize, and Nicaragua, and both slopes of Costa Rica, Panama, w. Colombia, and w. Ecuador.
(2) Nc. and se. Colombia, s. Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam and Guiana through w. Amazonian Brazil, e. Ecuador, e. Peru, n. and e. Bolivia.
