(1) C. and e. Canada from ne. British Columbia, wc. and s. Mackenzie, n. and c. Alberta to s. Labrador, and Newfoundland s. to e. United States in ne. Minnesota, and n. Wisconsin.
Winters in the West Indies, Greater Antilles, Honduras and Nicaragua.
(2) Se. Canada in s. Ontario and ne. United States in c. Michigan, n. New York and Maine.
Winters in se. United States.
