(Keeling Is.) and Christmas Is., New Guinea and adjacent is., Bismarck Arch., Solomon Is., Australia (except the Bight in Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland (Cairns Esplanade), New South Wales, Victoria and e. South Australia), Tasmania, New Zealand (North Island, South Island and Stewart Is.), Fiji, Micronesia and e. Polynesia (Tonga, Loyalty Is., Tubuai Is., Cook Is., Society Is.
