E. Asia;
Siberia from se. of Lake Baikal through c. Amurland, Ussuriland and Sakhalin Is., Korea, Japan (n. Honshu and Hokkaido), Ryukyu Is., Bonin Is., c. and e. China from e. Manchuria s. to Kwangtung and Hainan and w. to se. Szechwan (Omei shan).
Winters from s. China, Taiwan, Indochina, Thailand, Malaya, Sumatra, Java, Lesser Sundas, Borneo, Sulawesi and the Philippines (Luzon, Mindanao, Mindoro, Negros and Samar).
