(3) Trinidad, e. Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana, and Amazonian Brazil, e. Ecuador, and e. Peru.
(4) E. Bolivia, Paraguay, e. and s. Brazil (Bahia (Chapada Diamantina)).
